Our Wilson Structural team did an excellent job with the structural design of the Quattro at Naples Square residential buildings located in downtown Naples. They provided elegantly engineered solutions, working alongside MHK Architecture to make sure the structure’s architectural vision was reached. The Karins Ft. Myers team also collaborated on this project by providing threshold inspections.

The Quattro is four (5) story structures with concrete columns and shear walls supporting post-tension concrete slabs, with a stucco finish.

Each building has 64 residential units with approximately 150,000 square ft of air-conditioned space.  It offers resort-style amenities including a pool, spa, and state-of-the-art fitness center. There are four living levels over an at-grade parking area and hard scape deck at the second level.  Foundations are shallow concrete spread footings on improved soils and the roofs are built-up or flat.
