Have you been doing a lot of video meetings lately? We have too. Actually, we just had our first ever virtual quarterly company meeting.

Our CEO and President David Karins’ state of the union laid out a 5 point vision for moving forward that includes how the company will continue to expand and strengthen its diversity of services under New Building, Existing Building and Forensics, plus how the company will continue to invest in expanding our business development, outreach, technology, and tools.

The program lead and team facilitators of the Karins Way Program also reported on their progress. The Karins Way Program was designed and implemented in collaboration with brand strategy firm Studio BC/C to develop new processes for our teams to deliver engineering integrity to every client in every office.

We're grateful that the commitment to supporting our team members, ensuring their safety, investing in the business and even adding new staff, while still staying focused on the interests of our clients, has helped Karins remain solid through this year.
