Karins Engineering was hired to reconfigure the lobby within the Riverside Condominium building in Melbourne. The work also included replacing the entry door, demolishing the existing divider wall, demolishing and rebuilding the code compliant ramp, installing the new tile and split AC unit, and removing and replacing the mailboxes. The expansion was executed by Ameri Group Builders.
