We recently completed Ocean Blue Condominium's first restoration project! The iconic property was designed by the renowned Miami architect Kobi Karp in 2004.

Overlooking Miami Beach Altos Del Mark Park and the Atlantic Ocean, we preserved access to its terraces' stunning views by correcting chronic water intrusion issues. We were also responsible for designing and administering the full rebuild of its courtyard pool and spa including shells, reinforcing steel, and waterproofing system.

Maintaining and restoring the properties of our coastal communities is important to Karins and we're happy to have played a role in restoring and preserving this iconic Miami Beach condominium for the future.
