In 2010, Sarasota’s Dolphin Tower Condominium showed its first signs of falling down as the floors on the fourth floor began to crack. That’s when a retired resident of the condominium Charlotte Ryan took on the job of Board President and she was given the duty of dealing with the building's needs.
