The Continuum on South Beach tower is now in the final phases of a full exterior metal painting project. This South Beach condo tower is situated in the SOFI (South of Fifth Street) neighborhood, known for its resort-style oceanfront living. The project includes the removal of aluminum panels from balcony glass rails, their structural reinforcement and painting.

The Portmore Residence is on its way to being completed! We’ve designed the structural elements of the home including foundations, columns, walls and beams. We’ve also provided preliminary planning and design, final design, construction documents and construction administration.
“Everyday Engineering,” put out by American Society of Civil Engineers, created a treasure trove of science-based content to engage with in a creative, exploratory way. This includes fun videos and supplemental educational materials of experiments ranging from chemistry to engineering.

Charter Club of Marco Beach consists of two 11-story buildings. We’ve removed all existing walkway planter surfaces, and we're currently removing soil and demolishing walkway planters in order to install railings and achieve an increased walkway for patrons.
