The Continuum on South Beach, South Tower was built in 2007 as a resort-style community on Miami Beach. The tower has 318 condo units spread out across 40 floors.
Karins removed over 10,000 unsafe aluminum panels that were detaching from the building. After working with the Miami Beach Architectural Review Board and the City, we ensured the integrity of the railings by designing new code compliant fastenings and polishing each unit’s glass panels to amend environmental and structural damage.
The project resulted in expanded ocean views for unit owners, code compliant and structurally sound railings, and the assurance of safety for the community.
