This major restoration project encompassed waterproofing the plaza deck and planters, which involved removing them completely to replace the existing failing waterproofing membrane system and expansion joints.
This project presented a transportation challenge that resulted in constructing a temporary road behind the building to grant access for the crane to hoist materials on and off the decks. The temporary road was removed when the project was completed.
