This six story multi-family condominium building is constructed with cast-in-place concrete floors and metal framed exterior walls with stucco cladding.
This project's scope of work called for completely removing and replacing the exterior metal framed walls at the north and south elevations. The repairs included new exterior sheathing, stucco, windows and interior drywall and finishes.
The project also included replacing all aluminum railings at the balconies, installing new sliding glass doors at a majority of the balconies and repairing concrete in some cases. Afterwards, the entire building was coated with a commercial grade acrylic paint system.
