This modern waterfront house has two stories totaling 8,000 square feet. The elevated walkway on the second floor connects the main and guest house.
Karins collaborated with the rest of the project team during the design phase of this waterfront "picture frame house" to create supporting columns and beams extending from its structure, creating a facade of boxes framing exquisite views.
